How do I access my course?

After checkout you should have received both a confirmation email for your purchase and a registration email with a link to create a password and access your course. Please verify the following and let us know if you still have trouble:

  1. Check that the course registration email did not end up in your email client's spam folder. The email is sent by our course platform provider:
  2. If the email is not in your spam folder, we'll need to check if your email address was misspelled during checkout. In this case you most likely wouldn't have received the confirmation email or the registration email. Please contact us and we'll check to make sure that you're registered under the correct email.

note: If you previously purchased a course from us and have already created a password, you'll use the same email address and password to access your new course!
